RESERVATION LISTS
Our reservation lists tend to fill up fast. Our spring 2025 puppies were all spoken for before they were born so we have opened up our 2026 reservation list, which also has a few reserved! We have many repeat buyers and our pups go to homes all over the country.
If you are thinking of getting a puppy we encourage you to get on our list sooner rather than later. The sooner you are on the list, the more puppies you get to choose from. I have had families on our list for over a year. They knew they wanted one, they just were not ready at the time.

English Creme Golden Retriever vs. American Golden Retriever
The American Golden Retriever and English Crème Golden Retriever are both Golden Retrievers. No matter where you live, your Retriever will be registered under “Golden Retriever.” English Crème Golden Retrievers are simply called “Golden Retrievers” throughout Europe and the rest of the world. In the United States, however, they are often called English Creme Golden Retriever to differentiate it from the American ones, due to their difference in color and other qualities. Other names for the English Crème Golden Retrievers are White Golden Retrievers, European-style Golden Retrievers, English Golden Retrievers, Imported Golden Retrievers, British Golden Retrievers or simply English Cremes.
Therefore, if you’d follow all technical correctness, the English Cream Golden Retriever is basically “a Golden Retriever bred to the UKC standards” and an American Golden Retriever is “a Golden Retriever bred to the AKC standards.”
The most obvious difference between the two retrievers is the color of their coats. American Goldens coat color rages from red to light golden. The English Cream is white to light cream.
American Goldens typically have longer fur and a thicker coat. English Creams have relatively shorter coats and tend to be wavier.
There are certain health differences between the American Goldens and the English Creme. American Goldens have a significantly higher chance of getting cancer as compared to English Cremes. This is based on research and statistics. The median age of American Goldens is 10 years and 8 months, while the median age for English Cremes is 12 years and 3 months.
Overall Body Build
English Cremes are bigger boned, bulkier and have blockier heads as compared to American Goldens.
